For some reason I had a doodle of Percy drowning in my notebook, and I wanted to elaborate. Then THIS WAS BORN.

I realize how sad I actually made this out to be. From my point of view, Nico’s freaking out, calling Percy, Nico’s afraid of losing him, obviously. Percy hears Nico through the water, but Nico’s screams are muffled, so he opens his eyes thinking it’s Annabeth.

That’s what my brain is processing right now^
